Construction Manager | San Francisco Bay Area | Life Sciences

Take your construction management experience to the owner’s side, where your construction expertise will help guide life sciences projects and protect the client’s investment.

You’ll coordinate with general contractors, design teams and project stakeholders from preconstruction through closeout. Your work will include monitoring budgets and schedules, reviewing change orders, assessing construction progress and resolving issues before they affect project delivery. You’ll also keep the owner informed so decisions are made with a clear understanding of project risks and priorities.

This position calls for a construction manager who can hold project teams accountable, navigate complex construction challenges and keep the owner’s objectives at the center of execution. Your ability to anticipate problems and make sound decisions will be essential to delivering projects successfully.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Strong command of construction schedules, budgets, change orders and cost control.
• Experience coordinating general contractors, design consultants and specialty trades through construction and closeout.
• Proven ability to resolve field issues and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

The anticipated base salary range is $158,000 – $200,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and potential performance-based incentives.
