We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent in the San Francisco Bay Area to direct field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through completion.
You’ll lead subcontractors, trade partners and field personnel, overseeing construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, safety and quality. Working with project management, owners, architects and engineers, you’ll resolve field issues, monitor progress, coordinate resources and keep construction aligned with project requirements.
You’ll also mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers while promoting efficient project delivery through collaborative planning, continuous improvement and sound construction practices. The company provides access to technical resources, professional development and a strong safety-focused environment to support complex project execution and continued leadership growth.
The anticipated annual salary range is $175,000-$230,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays and additional employee programs.
