Construction Superintendent / Field Leader – Commercial Construction – Austin, TX

We are seeking a talented builder/field leader who loves working with hard workers and do-ers!

We specialize in building one of a kind commercial projects in the following sectors: healthcare, hospitality, education, retail, distribution, industrial, office and much more. As you know, leading these types of projects for these types of clients takes a certain level of professionalism, character, communication skills, creativity and problem solving skills. In the end, a team and project that you are proud of and a project that impacts the lives of the clients forever.

As a lead Superintendent, we are looking for someone that has 8+ years of stable field leadership experience and who has a passion for leading crews and driving a positive working environment. Other responsibilities include:

• Scheduling
• Value Engineering
• Subcontractor selection and oversight
• Self-performed oversight of carpentry, drywall, concrete, etc.
• Safety
• Client Relations
