This position puts you at the center of the business, responsible for setting long-term strategy, aligning the leadership team, strengthening client relationships and guiding the company’s next phase of growth. You’ll have the autonomy to build on an established business with a diversified portfolio and long-standing client relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

• Driving the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and market position.
• Leading overall business performance across operations, finance, business development, and project delivery.
• Full P&L ownership and enterprise accountability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership experience with a large-scale commercial construction organization
• Track record of developing leadership teams, driving business performance and executing long-term growth strategies.
• Leadership style centered on accountability, trust, sound judgment and long-term organizational development.
• Bachelor’s Degree

We offer a highly competitive executive compensation package of $355,000 – $480,000, performance-based incentives, long-term compensation opportunities, executive-level benefits and much more.
