Superintendent | South Florida (Miami-Fort Lauderdale) | High-Rise Residential Construction
We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead high-rise residential construction projects throughout South Florida.
Our client is an established Top ENR GC with a strong backlog of luxury residential and mixed-use projects throughout South Florida. Long-standing client relationships, experienced leadership and a consistent pipeline of work provide Superintendents with the support and stability to focus on delivering exceptional projects.
You’ll coordinate field operations, subcontractors, site logistics, project schedules, quality control and safety while working closely with Project Managers and project teams to maintain steady production and successful project execution.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience leading high-rise residential, multifamily, mixed-use or other large commercial construction projects
• Ability to build productive relationships with project teams, clients and trade partners
Competitive total compensation package valued between $190,000 and $265,000, including company truck or vehicle allowance, 401(k), comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, plus annual bonus potential.
