We’re hiring a Project Executive to provide executive leadership across complex life sciences construction projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham Area.
Our client is a Top ENR GC recognized for building long-term client relationships, developing exceptional construction professionals and delivering some of the industry’s most technically complex projects. You’ll provide operational and financial leadership across multiple projects, partnering with Project Managers and executive leadership to support portfolio performance, client relationships and successful project delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 12+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading life sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, advanced manufacturing or other technically complex commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to develop experienced project teams and deliver consistent results across multiple projects
Competitive compensation package ranging from $200,000 to $265,000, including portfolio profit and loss responsibility, annual bonus opportunity, long-term incentive potential, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and executive-level career growth.
