We’re seeking an Estimator with 5+ years of commercial construction experience who can take ownership of projects from conceptual budgeting through subcontractor buyout. This individual will work closely with clients, design teams, and trade partners to develop accurate estimates, evaluate bids, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support project pursuits.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Stable career progression (not frequent moves)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of bidding, subcontractor procurement, and buyout processes
• Positive attitude
