We’re seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to join a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.
Our client is a respected commercial builder with an established presence in the market and a proven track record of delivering complex projects for repeat clients. The company has a strong backlog, experienced leadership and a reputation for quality, safety and reliable project delivery, providing a stable environment for continued growth.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of ground-up and tenant improvement projects while taking on increasing responsibility across budgeting, buyout, subcontractor management, scheduling, owner meetings, RFIs, submittals and project documentation. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond administrative project support and develop the experience needed to step into a Project Manager role.
Desired Skills & Experience
$95,000-$135,000 base salary, performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match and ongoing professional development.
