An Assistant Project Manager is needed to support complex healthcare and life sciences construction projects throughout the Greater Houston Area while accelerating the path to Project Management.
Our client specializes in technically demanding healthcare and life sciences projects, combining preconstruction expertise, disciplined project management and collaborative delivery to build lasting relationships with clients across Texas.
You’ll assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, project financial tracking, documentation and client communication in support of successful project delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 4+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational, financial and scheduling skills
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams
Competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $165,000, with annual bonus opportunity, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and long-term career growth.
