We’re seeking a Chief Operations Manager to lead the operational side of an established commercial construction business in Seattle, Washington.
Our client has built a successful company through disciplined execution and a leadership approach that stays close to the work. This is a senior seat with broad visibility across the organization, working directly with executive leadership to strengthen the way projects are delivered and the business performs.
The Chief Operations Manager will have ownership across the operating platform, with responsibility for project execution, operational performance, financial results, resource planning and leadership accountability. This person will work through the company’s senior project and field leaders, setting expectations, identifying performance gaps and making sure the organization has the structure and talent required to deliver consistently.
The opportunity is particularly well suited to an accomplished construction operator who has already proven they can lead beyond individual projects. You’ll have the latitude to challenge existing practices, improve operating discipline and influence decisions that affect both project outcomes and the broader business.
Compensation will be based on experience and includes performance-based bonus potential and a comprehensive executive benefits package.
Seattle offers a sophisticated commercial construction environment where experienced operators can make a real difference in how a business performs. For a proven construction leader, this role offers the scope to influence the operation at a much broader level than a traditional project or regional leadership position.
If you’re ready for a high-level operations leadership opportunity, we’d welcome a confidential conversation. All inquiries are confidential.
