This is a true executive leadership opportunity. You’ll partner directly with our senior leadership team to define our business strategy, strengthen key client relationships, recruit and develop a best-in-class team, drive major pursuits and oversee project delivery. More importantly, you’ll help build our national data center platform with the autonomy to make decisions and establish the team that will support its long-term success.
Professional Background:
-Executive Leadership: 12+ years of executive leadership experience with a Top ENR General Contractor
-Business Growth: Successfully developed and expanded a data center or mission critical business
-Client Relationships: Strong partnerships with hyperscale, enterprise and mission critical clients
-Team Development: Built, mentored and led high-performing teams
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
A competitive compensation package of $350,000-$450,000, including executive-level benefits, performance-based incentives and long-term incentive opportunities.
