A highly successful, privately held real estate investment firm is seeking a Director of Real Estate and Construction in Dallas to help guide its real estate portfolio, development activities and investment opportunities. This position is suited to an experienced professional ready to contribute at a broader business level.

You’ll bring your real estate and construction expertise to decisions affecting a diverse range of assets and the firm’s wider investment objectives. The role calls for sound judgment, initiative and the ability to evaluate opportunities and challenges from both an operational and commercial perspective.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in real estate, construction, development, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate assets and the considerations involved in development and construction decisions.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities, assess risks and apply sound commercial judgment.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing complex real estate initiatives.
• A proactive, business-minded approach, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key decisions.
