We’re seeking a Director to lead the launch and long-term growth of a new Data Center practice for a Top ENR General Contractor, helping build a dedicated business within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
Our client is a nationally respected GC with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and building long-term relationships with some of the industry’s most sophisticated clients. Backed by an experienced leadership team, a strong reputation and the resources of an established organization, the company is making a significant investment in the Data Center market and is seeking the executive who will help lead that growth.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. Working alongside executive leadership, you’ll help define the company’s Data Center strategy, strengthen relationships with hyperscale clients, developers and industry partners, identify major opportunities and establish a dedicated Data Center practice. You’ll open doors, build strategic partnerships, recruit top talent and help establish the company’s long-term presence within the mission critical market.
Qualifications
Total compensation ranges from $350,000 to $450,000, together with a comprehensive executive benefits package and additional performance-based incentives.
Data Center construction continues to accelerate across North America as hyperscale providers, cloud computing, AI infrastructure and digital expansion fuel unprecedented investment.
