We’re seeking an Estimator to join an established General Contractor delivering commercial construction projects throughout Southern California.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial projects while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture. With strong client relationships, consistent repeat business and a healthy pipeline of work, the company has earned a reputation for reliability, quality and long-term success.

In this role, you’ll prepare detailed cost estimates, develop competitive bids and work closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients throughout the preconstruction process. You’ll play a key role in helping secure new projects while supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial developments across the region.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of estimating experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Stable career progression with a collaborative approach to preconstruction
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Along with a competitive base salary of $130,000-$155,000, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonus opportunities, truck allowance and the support of a company invested in your long-term success.
