We’re hiring a Lead Superintendent to oversee complex healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use construction projects throughout the Greater Nashville Area.
Our client has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects through disciplined planning, collaborative project delivery and experienced field leadership. Their teams are entrusted with technically challenging work, long-term client relationships and projects that continue shaping communities across the Southeast.
You’ll lead field operations, coordinate trade partners, maintain project schedules, uphold safety and quality standards and work closely with Project Managers and project teams to keep construction moving efficiently from groundbreaking through final completion.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 10+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to build productive relationships with clients, trade partners and project teams
Competitive compensation package ranging from $160,000 to $220,000, with annual bonus opportunity, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits and long-term career growth.
