Desired Skills and Experience

  • 12+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading multifamily, commercial or large-scale construction projects
  • Executive-level experience with project financial oversight, contract strategy and client relationships
  • Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills
  • Track record of developing high-performing teams and repeat client relationships

Competitive executive compensation package ranging from $196,000 to $270,000, with 20-30% annual bonus potential, long-term incentive opportunities and generous PTO.
