We’re currently seeking a Project Executive for an established general contractor in Seattle delivering K-12 and higher education projects with an emphasis on progressive design-build.
Our client is a well-established builder known for collaborative teams, technically demanding projects, and long-term investment in its people. This is a full-time, onsite role in Seattle, WA, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and precon professionals on complex education projects throughout the region.
You will provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple education projects, fostering trust, respect, and transparency among clients, designers, trade partners, and internal project teams. The role includes overseeing project performance, schedules, cost control, change management, and client relations while supporting business development efforts and leading teams from precon through closeout.
Desired Background & Experience
• 10+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• K-12 or higher education construction experience
• Experience working with regulatory agencies throughout the construction process
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage multiple projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
