Project Manager | San Francisco Bay Area | Luxury Residential and Specialty Construction
We’re seeking a Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to help lead high-end residential and specialty construction projects throughout Northern California.
Our client is a highly respected general contractor known for exceptional craftsmanship, collaborative teams, and long-term client relationships. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role for a Project Manager who enjoys technically challenging work and values precision, creativity and attention to detail.
You will oversee projects from precon through closeout, coordinating owners, architects, consultants, trade partners and project teams while managing budgets, schedules, procurement and project execution.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience managing luxury residential, hospitality, custom residential, or other high-end construction projects preferred
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Competitive compensation package of $150,000 to $195,000, generous PTO, performance-based bonus, professional development support, and long-term leadership opportunities.
