Construction Project Manager role in Nashville leading corporate interiors, retail, office, mixed-use, and technically complex projects with an established builder serving clients across Middle Tennessee.
Our client is a respected commercial general contractor recognized for delivering distinctive projects that do not fit a single category. The firm partners with corporate, retail, and private-sector clients on projects requiring creativity, adaptability, and strong project leadership. This role offers ownership of project execution and direct collaboration with operations leadership and field teams.
You will manage corporate interiors, retail environments, office projects, mixed-use developments, and one-of-a-kind projects across Nashville and the surrounding region. Work includes renovations, repositioning projects, tenant improvements, and technically challenging builds where each assignment presents unique design, operational, and coordination considerations.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation
Base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience and project complexity. Comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives are offered.
