We’re seeking a Project Manager to join an established luxury residential General Contractor delivering architecturally significant custom homes and estate renovations throughout the San Francisco Peninsula and Bay Area.
Our client is a respected luxury residential builder headquartered in California with projects across the United States. The firm is known for exceptional craftsmanship, collaborative relationships and delivering custom residences for discerning homeowners. Working alongside leading architects, designers and consultants, the team is involved from the earliest stages of design through final completion.
Based in San Mateo, you’ll lead the successful delivery of custom homes, estate renovations and architect-designed residences throughout the Peninsula and surrounding Bay Area. Projects often exceed $90 million and require close coordination with owners, design teams, consultants and trade partners to deliver exceptional quality, budget and schedule performance.
Qualifications
The Peninsula continues to be one of the nation’s premier luxury residential markets, with strong demand for custom homes and estate renovations.
