Our client is a respected Houston GC with a diverse backlog across industrial, energy, commercial, and healthcare sectors. The estimating team is highly regarded, and this senior role offers ownership of pricing strategy and pursuit support while blending technical estimating with client-facing influence.
You will estimate industrial and energy facilities, commercial buildings, and healthcare projects across the Houston region, leading estimating, bid strategy, subcontractor engagement, and project handoff on pursuits valued from $20 million and up.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of commercial or industrial construction estimating experience.
• Experience with energy, industrial, commercial, or healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, and cost databases.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple pursuits.
Compensation
Base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, plus annual bonus, full benefits, and a 401(k) with match. Senior estimators with heavy industrial or data center expertise are positioned at the top of this range.
