Our client is an established general contractor with a national-caliber portfolio and a growing presence in Austin. The company has built strong client relationships while giving experienced professionals the autonomy to make decisions and work directly with leadership. Its Texas operation is still in an important stage of development, giving the right person the opportunity to join at a pivotal point and have a significant influence on the direction of the business.
You’ll oversee a high-profile office tenant improvement project from execution through completion, working closely with the client, developer, design team and internal leadership. The role offers exposure beyond day-to-day project delivery, with the opportunity to become closely involved in the growth of the Austin operation.
Desired Skills & Experience
This role offers a base salary of $165,000 to $255,000, along with bonus potential tied to performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
