We’re seeking a Senior Safety Manager to join an established commercial general contractor in Phoenix, Arizona.
Our client has built a successful construction business around disciplined project execution and a practical approach to field operations. Safety is treated as part of how projects are planned and delivered, with field leadership expected to take ownership rather than simply respond when problems arise. For an experienced safety professional, this creates an opportunity to work closely with project leadership and have a visible influence on safety performance across active construction operations.
The Senior Safety Manager will provide leadership across projects in the Phoenix market, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors and company leadership. The role will oversee safety planning, site inspections, audits, training, incident investigations and corrective actions while ensuring projects remain compliant with OSHA and applicable regulations.
This is a strong fit for a safety professional who has progressed beyond simply enforcing policy and wants greater responsibility within the operation.
Comprehensive package ranging 150k – 185k plus performance-based bonus potential.
Phoenix continues to see substantial construction activity across commercial development, advanced manufacturing, technology, industrial facilities and other major projects. That environment creates demand for safety leaders who understand how to maintain high standards without losing sight of schedule, productivity and the realities of field operations. Current Phoenix opportunities also show employers seeking safety professionals who can work across multiple projects and influence both project teams and subcontractors.
If you’re ready for a senior safety leadership opportunity, we’d welcome a confidential conversation. All inquiries are confidential.
