Commercial Construction Superintendent – Dallas, TX

We’re looking for a Superintendent who takes pride in quality construction and knows how to keep a jobsite running smoothly. You’ll lead field operations on commercial construction projects in Dallas, working closely with the site project management team from preconstruction through completion.

Our client is an established commercial contractor focused on quality construction and effective project execution. The team values careful planning and strong field leadership to get the work done right.

You’ll help develop construction schedules, coordinate foremen, oversee jobsite safety and resolve field issues as they arise. You’ll also participate in preconstruction planning and owner-architect-contractor meetings, helping align site activities with project requirements.

This role puts you at the center of field execution. Your judgment will help guide daily site operations, address construction challenges and maintain the standards needed to deliver quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR general contractor
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, field coordination and site safety.
• Ability to read construction drawings, prepare schedules and use digital construction platforms
• OSHA 30 certification preferred – employer assistance with certification is available for the right candidate.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Base salary of $120,000 to $145,000, plus performance bonuses, a company truck or car allowance, paid time off and a competitive benefits package.
