We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, multifamily and mixed-use construction projects throughout the Fort Worth area.

As Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of field operations from groundbreaking through final turnover. You’ll lead subcontractors, drive schedule performance, maintain the highest safety and quality standards, coordinate with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 10+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading commercial, multifamily or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills with clients, trade partners and project teams
Competitive compensation package ranging from $145,000 to $205,000, plus annual bonus, company truck or vehicle allowance, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and significant opportunities for long-term career advancement.
