Superintendent | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Commercial Construction

We’re seeking a Superintendent to join an established general contractor with a growing presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and a diverse portfolio of commercial and institutional construction.

Our client has built its reputation through a hands-on approach to construction, with field leadership playing a central role in how projects are delivered. The company places a high value on the quality of its work and the people responsible for delivering it, creating an environment where experienced Superintendents have a visible role in the success of each project.

As Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of daily field operations from mobilization through closeout. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, oversee quality and safety and work closely with the Project Manager. You’ll also serve as a key point of contact for owners, architects and trade partners, using sound judgment to resolve issues and maintain progress in the field.

The company’s work includes K12, higher education, office, healthcare and other commercial projects, giving experienced field leaders the opportunity to work across varied project environments while remaining closely involved in project execution.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor.
  • Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control and safety skills.
  • Clear communication with owners, architects and project teams.
  • Stable career progression with strong field leadership.

The position offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential tied to performance, comprehensive benefits, a truck or gas allowance and additional compensation opportunities based on experience.

DFW continues to see substantial construction activity across education, healthcare, commercial development and other institutional sectors. For an experienced Superintendent, this creates an opportunity to work on meaningful projects within a market that continues to attract investment while building a long-term career with an established contractor.

If you’re ready for your next opportunity in the Dallas market, we’d welcome a confidential conversation. All inquiries are confidential.
