We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a well-established general contractor with a long history of municipal and K-12 construction and an office in the Northern Houston area.
Our client has built its business around public-sector construction, developing a reputation for dependable project delivery and strong field execution. The company offers experienced Superintendents the opportunity to take ownership of their projects and work directly with the people responsible for getting the job built.
As Superintendent, you’ll run your own projects from mobilization through closeout, overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality, safety, and daily field operations. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, owners, architects, and trade partners to keep the project on track and resolve issues as they arise.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $140,000 to $190,000, plus a truck or gas allowance and performance-based bonus potential.
