We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects based in Nashville and across the surrounding region.

This is an opportunity to join a commercial construction company with a long-standing focus on healthcare construction. The company delivers ground-up projects, renovations and expansions in active healthcare environments where careful planning and phased construction are essential. With a strong backlog and projects across multiple states, they continue to grow their healthcare team.

 

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for project financials, scheduling, procurement, billings, documentation and client communication. You’ll be involved early alongside the precon and estimating teams, ensuring a seamless transition into construction with no gap in scope understanding at handoff. Working closely with the Superintendent, you’ll coordinate owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors throughout project delivery.

 

The company combines the agility of a privately held contractor with the stability of an established healthcare builder and leadership has a proven track record of developing talent from within.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
  • Experience delivering projects within active or occupied healthcare environments.
  • Strong communication, documentation and relationship management skills.
  • Stable career progression.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
