We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent to take the lead on commercial construction projects in Seattle. Our company has a substantial national project portfolio, experienced construction teams and the resources to take on demanding builds.
You’ll lead daily jobsite operations, oversee subcontractors, manage schedules and maintain safety and quality standards. Working closely with project leadership, you’ll resolve field issues and take ownership of project execution.
10+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC.
Extensive experience supervising commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, site safety and quality control.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams on complex projects.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging 160k-210k, annual performance bonus and a gas allowance or company truck. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holidays and additional leave programs.
