We are seeking a Scheduling Director to establish scheduling strategy across a portfolio of major projects throughout California.

Our client is a well-established employee-owned general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering healthcare, education, life sciences, commercial, multifamily, hospitality and other specialized projects. The company is known for its collaborative culture, long-term client relationships, financial stability and commitment to quality.

The Scheduling Director will lead scheduling initiatives across the organization, developing scheduling strategies, mentoring professionals, evaluating project risks, supporting pursuits and implementing best practices. This leadership role plays a critical part in successful project delivery.

DESIRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Director of Scheduling or similar
  • Strong leadership, communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.

Compensation includes a base salary of $165,000-$215,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunities, employee ownership (ESOP), comprehensive benefits, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and professional development opportunities.
