We are seeking a Director of Field Operations to provide operational leadership across multiple civil infrastructure and site development projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
Our client is an established North Texas contractor specializing in civil infrastructure and specialty construction. The company partners with public and private clients on underground utility improvements, site development, infrastructure upgrades and occupied facility projects throughout the region. The company delivers projects exceeding $3 million and maintains a diverse backlog supported by long-standing client relationships.
The Director of Field Operations will oversee field operations across multiple projects, leading field teams, workforce planning, equipment allocation, scheduling, safety, quality and client coordination from mobilization through closeout.
DESIRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000-$200,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunities, comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle or vehicle allowance and professional development opportunities.
Continued investment across North Texas in infrastructure, site development, institutional facilities and municipal improvements continues to drive demand for experienced operations leaders.
