We’re seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to join an established commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our client is committed to promoting from within, giving Assistant Project Managers the mentorship, project exposure and increasing responsibility needed to successfully transition into Project Management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager who’s ready to accelerate their career. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers on ground-up and tenant improvement projects while gaining hands-on experience with budgeting, buyout, subcontractor management, scheduling, owner meetings and project delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Stable work history with a strong desire to build a long-term career in commercial construction.

$95,000-$135,000 base salary, performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match and ongoing professional development.
