We are a nationwide commercial construction specialties subcontractor and distributor supporting commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects across the U.S. We are looking for a Branch Manager – Construction Operations to help lead and grow our Los Angeles branch.

This is an opportunity for a construction leader who is ready to take on broader business responsibilities and leadership opportunities. We are open to candidates from Project Management, Operations, Estimating, or Branch Leadership backgrounds who are looking to expand their impact beyond project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth through client relationships, estimating, and business development

• Manage branch operations, budgeting, and profitability

• Oversee project execution, scheduling, procurement, and field operations

• Lead and develop operations, project management, and administrative teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial construction

• Experience managing projects, operations, teams, or business unit performance

• Knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery

• Familiarity with union labor and prevailing wage (California)

• Experience with Procore, Sage, or similar platforms

Compensation includes base salary, performance-based incentives tied to branch results, and a comprehensive benefits package. A unique aspect of the compensation structure is the opportunity to earn an additional $150,000+ annually in bonus compensation.
